Hi Everyone! I have a 1990 Justy GL 4WD (manual with fuel injection) that has been stored and sat for 6 years. Prior to this it always ran fine, no issues at all. I recently came on hard times and need to use it to commute to work. Knowing is hasn't been run in so long I began changing all fluids, oil, gearbox oil, diff oil, coolant, etc. put in new battery, new plugs, and fresh gas (The gas tank was completely empty, I assume it evaporated over the years). I also lubed the upper cylinders through the spark plug holes. I then attempted to start it for the first time. No crank. I took off the starter and had it bench tested and it was fine. Realized it was the corroded battery terminals so I replaced those and now it cranks fine. Still no start. I tested for spark from distributer with a spare spark plug and was getting spark fine. I then sprayed starter fluid directly into air intake and it started up and died immediately. "Ah, not getting fuel!" I realized I did not hear the fuel pump engaging so I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter (the strainer for the fuel pump was off and loose in the tank). I tested the new fuel pump (with new strainer) for power before reinstalling. It was kicking in fine with key on start. I then attempted to start again and it cranks but not starting. I tried priming the fuel pump a few dozen times from key cycling and cranking every so often. No start. I left it overnight and tried cycling and cranking a few more times. No start. I'm thinking maybe there's air in the lines? Or bad fuel rail or injectors or pressure regulator. I can't find a schrader valve so I'm not sure what to do next. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
