Tried for 20 minutes to upload a simple picture. file size too large. then something about forum cant accept any more uploads? oooooooook It's # 5 in the attached picture link So my air intake boot has a big rip in it. Is this a major problem? Does it really need to be replaced? THanks!

These cars have a Map not a maf so the EFI will not be affected by running unfiltered air into it, but you could gum up and duck tape a solution as a temp. fix.

I wanna see Hagen chew enough double bubble, package it up and ship it, to fix the rip! Rollin on the ground laughing, you are a funny guy..... Guess I should have clarified, When I did my EFI conversion. I had to shorten the oval part of the air intake that goes over the valve cover. I cut it and glued it back together with a rubbery product called "Shoe Goop" it works great......
