Forgive my ignorance.
My FI '91 justy won't speed up by press full the gas pedal from the first stop but able to speed up slowly during driving like to 60 mph.
My suspect is the fuel filter or fuel pump, but I want to look for both of them. Could you tell me where are they ? Also other possible parts I need to inspect?
Thank you in advance!

Fuel filter is on left side next to the fuel tank. Check air filter too. And there is something like filter on the fuel pump in the tank.

It is located under rear seats in fuel tank. You need to pull away the down half of rear seat, there is a hook in centre of it near seat belts. there si a silver circle, you must remove it, it is just sticed with some wierd not hardering glue. Under it there should be I think 8 8mm hex nuts, after removing them and electrical connectors, you must carefully remove the fuelpump assembly cause there it the float of fuel sensor too. Then you have it out and you should see everything else.
