Typically with tires the size is something like 205/45r14 205 is width, 45 sidewall height, r radial, and 14 inch rim. Why is it on these tires there is just the width and what does the sr mean?

I think it should be 145 S R 12. I think S is some old school heght size, maybe it is used just in Japan... I like to know what it really means too...
