Hi, new to the forum. recently picked up a 91 justy. Carburated, fwd, 5 spd, 3 door hatch. Engine needs to be rebuilt. So I've been trying to find information on how to swap a g13b into it. I've had no luck on what I need to do....mainly I'd like to know if the justys transmission is a direct bolt on to the suzuki engine. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Many have asked, but if anyone has adapted a Suzuki engine to the Subaru Justy transmission it has never been reported here. If you can adapt the bellhousing and use the Justy flywheel or switch out the Justy trans. input shaft for the Suzuki you can probably do it, but it would definitely be custom.

It's likely a 1990 which I believe had the option of carb or EFI. If it's actually a 1991 carb then someone probably switched the motor. Terry

I've seen many factory carbed '91s here actually.

I have a carbed 92 sitting in my driveway. It seems they still had a few carbed models come out in early 92. Also my 91 was originally a carbed car.
