I've found 195-45/15's in 15x6,5's are only a +2% different from the original 165-70/13's but was wondering how 195's would do.. i guess from brian's post it's gonna be too much..

Just to set the record straight, Stock Justy Tires were an even harder to find: 165/65/13 You were talking on another thread about fitting power steering to your car and I suggested a narrower tire with a shorter side wall, This is more of what I had in mind: I have mounted this rim and tire on a Justy and there is even more clearance than you see here as this is a picture of a non Justy. I Feel that the car handled better in all conditions, especially hard cornering on dry pavement than the stock 13 inch size. When you go up 2 inch's in rim size it means that the tire is allot stiffer in the side wall. This means you can have your cake and eat it too. You get a really good high quality Continental tire that lasts long, rides great, corners awesome despite being 20 points narrower! which means that you will get better fuel consumption rates AND-- -- it is easier to turn without power steering at low speeds! It is a 145/65/15 off of the front of the 450 series Smart car.
