How are you testing power to the fuel pump?
Have you checked the bettery cables, clean and tight, both ends of them.

Have clean batter post checked pump with test light and om meter. The starter work off the engine but have no power from ignition switch. Like I said everything else will power on just ignition to start and run will not work.

Probably a bad ignition switch.. Check for power at the starter excite wire (the small spade connector) while you "crank it over", if you got no power there then do a continuity (ohm test) back to the ignition switch to rule out the wire.
The fuel pump may not cycle until the engine is cranked over, but just to be safe.. Pull out #1 fuse, with the key on check for power on both terminals, one should have power. Reinstall the fuse and probe both exposed metal portions of the fuse and make sure the power is getting thru. This fuse feeds your ECU/Main relay. Do the same with fuse # 2, this feeds your fuel pump.
Report back.

Have power out of key switch on start mode have power at relay do not have power at starter thinking there is another relay in system so where have to pull dash apart. Also check engine light will keep blinking with key on.

Ok found a blue plug has 4 wires going to it black with white stripe 2 black with yellow stripe and smaller black with blue stripe I think it should have interlock switch relay plugged into it. Right now it has nothing plugged into it.

I have few diagrams on this unfortunately, from what I can see there should be an interlock relay. Is your car a manual or automatic? For a manual, there is a BLK/YEL coming from the ignition switch START position. It changes to BLK/WHT then splits into two BLK/YEL and goes in to the interlock relay. My diagram does not show what comes out of the relay or how it integrates. Ok found a blue plug has 4 wires going to it black with white stripe 2 black with yellow stripe and smaller black with blue stripe I think it should have interlock switch relay plugged into it. Right now it has nothing plugged into it. Check the BLK/YEL for power when in START position, if okay check continuity from BLK/BLU down to the excite wire on the starter. If all good try bridging the two and see if anything changes. Does anybody have diagrams pertaining to this? Terry
