Hi. I just bought a 1987 Subaru Justy which has done about 63.000 miles. The car is completely mint. I flew 250 miles to pick it up and drove it back. (the car had not traveled more than 60 miles since 1987).
I'll post some pictures later, it's gotten quite dark outside.
I was hoping you Justy junkies could give me some advice on servicing the engine?
The car is just fine when cold but when it's hot the idle is quite bad. It keeps flashing the oil light and sometimes it dies and wont start for a short time. It also coughs a bit when I'm driving along and it's hot. The car does not overheat and I've bought new spark plugs, oil, oil filter and fuel filter. Will be installed tomorrow.
Engine is 997cc
Any hints?

I think usually the opposite is the issue. Runs poor when cold, but great once warm. Good luck.
