Hi all; New to this site although I don't own a Justy I do own a 1993 Subaru Sambar. For those new to this model it is a RHD Japanese Mini-truck. It has a 660cc 4 cyl. engine in it and I heard I could install a 1.2, 3 cyl. engine. It is carbed with a 5 speed. There seems to some confusion on this site as to what years this engine was carbed. I am looking to buy an engine if it will work. All credible advice would be appreciated. Attachments:

I am looking to buy an engine if it will work. Not sure if you're looking at a justy engine for more power(that's a first) or to alleviate mechanical pains. The EF engines aren't normally swapped in place of EN series; it'd be a first. Probably lots of work, adapter plates, electrics, space... All justys prior to '90 are carbed, early '90's could be either...

Not to mention 88 and prior are a different carb setup then 90 and 91, just to make things difficult.
