you need a specific sealed carby if you plan on using it after the turbo, the pre and post carbs work totally differently.

motorhomemike!! You are the man, totally saved me with those parts you sent... good guy greg, for real.
Captain Nemo: Thanks for the tips on turbos.. I've actually decided to go a different directiong, which i'll share with you now..
I recently bought ANOTHER JUSTY!!!.. and it's so minty! Even the brakes are un-worn, and I paid $50 for it. Pretty unbelievable. I'll post pictures in a day or two.
My wife and I also bout a 2000 Imprezza RS adn she wants a turbo motor in it. So We're gonna buy an STI motor and tranny online and swap that into the Imprezza. Once complete, I'll have the 2.5L RS motor for the Justy.. muahahaha

So here's what I picked up the other day. Paid $50 for it from this old dude. He had a backyard full of crazy old whips. Like old Citroen DS's and v12 Jaguars.. He was Justy excited to see it go to someone who would appreciate it. Pretty minty. It had a blown ECVT so I swapped the 5spd in from my old rusty one. Between the two cars, I have like every single factory part, just about. Swap took forever, doing evenings and weekends. Lil bit of rust... Instead of the snorkel, I decided to go a bit more low key, until I can swap in a bigger engine. I didn't want to cut a hole in the fender just yet, cause it would rust out like, overnight. So I cut a modest sized hole in the hood and trimmed it with weatherstrip. That's how she sits now. So it's got the intake, the Two Brother's bike exhaust straight piped, no cat and it runs like a freakin DREAM! I love old men who take care of their cars!!!.. and like, everything works on it too. All the little accessories.. I love this car so hard.

A pity, really. Garaged for 20 years it would be the only mint condition Justy left in the world and would help fund your retirement/new house/boat/Ferrari. But on the other hand, a huge improvement over the last one. Bonnet work looks good though. Just a hint of the awesome power beneath

Thanks guys.. yeah I'm super happy with how everything turned out... and in OTHER NEWS!... I bought another Justy! A TWO DOOR COUPE!!!!!.. FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY!!!.. I rescued it from the crush!.. it was literally hours away. So now I can finally start shopping for an STI swap!... Gonna do my dream swap. Full roll cage, raced out, the whole nine yards. I will probably start a new thread for that one, but here's a pic as it sat today, again, literally hours away from being crushed.
