Depending on how bad the rust is, if it's damaging supports, or rusting out floor pans, you can usually get away with some cutting and welding. Practice welding if your not too confident or get someone who's experienced and patch the holes. As long as like your strut towers arent rusting out I really dont see a problem.

You'll want a good mig welder capable of low power 0.6mm wire welding at a consistent quality. The Justy is THIN. 0.8mm steal for the panels in most places. Check bottom of windows, especially windscreen, hinge mounts, door latches Sill, boot hatch edges.
I was lucky with mine, lots of little rust holes in the body, but nothing at all in the underbody/floorpan.
If you are in a area that uses salt on the roads, prepare for a rotten floorpan/chassis.

I've been dealing with body rust on my Justy for years because of the climate I live in...areas of rust I've dealt with are: inside wheel wells, front apron where it attaches to floor pan, behind the rear bumper, around rear hatch window, rocker panels, and bottoms of doors. It is manageable if you catch it early and do an annual inspection of the body. Most critical area to watch is where suspension components attach to unibody. I haven't had to weld anything yet but the bottoms of the doors are getting to that point .

I had a justy that was rusty like that. I got a can of spray rust into primer stuff and sprayed all the rust to stop it from getting worse, then I got a few sheets of galvanized metal from making duct work from the home improvement store and a bunch of those fancy german self tapping screws and started screwing. Used a few long ones where the metal did not fit and a bunch of short ones to reduce the risk of punching a hole some where, like a wire or a brake line fuel line etc. The metal got all warped and stiff and the body got stiff and I put the carpet back down and drove away for many more cheap miles.

I am currently working on a new justy and it is slow going but this summer I am going to get under it and tar everything I can get to with a bunch of basement tar with plkastic fibers to stop the rust before it starts, messy but I want to keep this one a long time.

Yeah i checked it out again, am a slight engine problem i hope to get it fixed soon. Heres the thing the under body is bad along the straights at the sides of the car. All the doors rusted out @ the bottom. Holes @ the sides of the roofs filled with rust. Whole back door rust way. Muffluer rust around barrel. Long story short i was planning on getting a mig and welding the car up but i dont thing it will hold up long. Is it possible for all the justy engine and suspension to fit in a suzuki swift? Because i was looking on dusty justy's and it said the justy had an engine based on the suzuki swift's GA10. I think it can my be possible and is the justy's engine parts similar to the GA10?

Josh,
Where are you located... kinda sounds like you are talking about a '95 or newer Justy which is a re-badged Suzuki. This board features the previous (some say "real") Justy built by Subaru. If you are talking the rebadged swift... I have no idea. If you are talking the early Justy, then no it does not "swap over"

I plan on fixing a 88 Justy, in my country barbados there are a lot of suzuki swifts, so i was wondering if i could just chuck the engine and suspension from the 88 justy in a hatchback 88/89 swift. i placed an image of the swift here. Attachments:
