Hey everyone, I'm a new member. I've had my 1994, 5-spd, 2-dr, 2WD DL for about 6 months now and its been great. I've been working on getting the exhaust all patched up and leak free (everytime I plug one hole another pops open), and I'm down to the final spot. I'm looking for the donut-style gasket thats right after the shrouded section of exhaust, just after the downpipe. It's the one that is held in by the sprung bolt things. Anyone have any idea where I could get that? Or an alternative part/method to stop it from leaking? On another note (should be another thread I guess), my transmission feels like the synchros are steadily getting worse. 5th gear was the first to grind with clutch fully depressed (double clutching helped for some reason), now 2nd 3rd and 4th are getting harder and harder to not make grind a little on every shift. My shift linkage has always felt pretty loose, maybe something to do with it. Any ideas? Transmission fluid too maybe? Thanks a bunch in advance for ANY help on either subject!! NOTE: I have reposted this thread in the "Anything and Everything" section, where it should go. Sorry about that!

wrt your grinding transmission problem, try using "synchromesh" in it. It is made by quakerstate. It did wonders in my honda.
