Damn that the ignition, I had the ignition too early and so the engine knocked and melted a piston! Does anybody have any idea how I get the ignition lock? so that it can not move on to the speeds of the engine. Yes the hood is lifted it to get better cooling.

I think the best way is to get 2-way vacuum advance unit which can retard timing under boost. For example older turbo Saabs have those. Justy's distributor doesn't have mechanical ignition advance system so it can not be locked.
