My stone stock /12inch tired J12 Gen 1 has a top speed of 160 Kilometers per hour........down a slight grade with a slight tail wind that is!!!!.So Iam really interested in hearing how fast you guys have gone, Especially those in Europe with a J10/ 1000cc

I have had my stock Gen1 up to an indicated 95 MPH but I am on 155 section tires up from the stock 145s so I was probably pushing the 100 MPH barrier. The speed itself isn't the impressive part though. I was doing that speed (what, like 5000 RPM?) for over an hour non stop! I was driving from Seattle to 3-cities and forgot to switch off of I-90 in Ellensburg and it was right before Ritzville that I realized it shouldn't take 4 hours to get to Kennewick. Time to burn rubber down highway 395... at a hundred miles an hour for an hour!! Thank dog for forged rods and steel nodular-iron crank.

it goes 160 km/h (100 MPH) at 5600 rpm straight and 180 km/h (112 MPH) on "downhill sections". its a J12 MPFI, 4x4. compared to other cars on the german highways you really feel underpowered with a justy. its not build to be a fast car. but i deal with it and i usually keep behind trucks at 3500 rpm, good for fuel economy, silent and easy-going. i often have a compassion for other compacts driven like "pedal to the metal" mentality with full speed, just to keep up with cars who are build to go +200 km/h -> 250 km/h. why not getting a sportscar instead? ;D

Been up to 145 km/h, but my carb is really bad so the car are really slowed down. It will probably be better when I have turbo converted it

119 in a rally. 121 on the street 121? I think you need to try that again with a GPS. The fastest Justy in the world did 123 MPH with a 120HP engine and clapped out/stripped land-speed racecar specs. You know even expensive Porsche speedos (VDO) are known to be inaccurate in the upper range.

haha, c'mon now. Xtremzj, if you can prove it and without a doubt, I will add 'Xtremzj is one HOT justy owner' to my forum signature.... 121 Miles = 194.68900 Kilometers If you can prove it, enlighten us on how. You'll be a Justy god. ;D No offence Xtremzj, but I don't think a bunch of us weekend warriors can get that close to what took a team of engineers a long time to prep with a lot of mods(see links). I WANT you to prove it to us! I want it to be true.... www.driveperformance.subaru.com/version4_1/atticpart2.aspsubarujusty.proboards20.com/index.cgi?board=everything&action=display&thread=2130I'll be driving across Canada at the end of the month. I'll get some top speed runs while crossing the prairies. Looks like I'll be an east side Justy owner for 6 months. Not looking forward to the frigid Ontario winters!

1200cc rs 4x4 175 kph downhill in 4wd That's a great way to destroy your hubs and maybe your transmission. Do NOT believe everything you read on the internet!!
