Jeezz...you guys must have some l o n g stretches of freeways! Although, I'm limited to the 4 o'clock rush hour on I-80 eastbound through Reno and Sparks during my only test - I got it 90 mph and it was slow going any more accleration from there... Perhaps at 4,500 ft. elevation, Justy justy does't have the output that you low-landers have

Something tells me that Justy dont even have gear ratio to hit 120mph, and car doesnt produce any more power after 7000rpm, and whit those areodynamics....justy dont have chance to reach 120mph

I hit 97-99 in what may be my most stupid driving experience ever. I was going from Sandy to Madras over Mt. Hood (for work), and managed to get up to about 101-102 down a hill, and then sustain 97-99 for about a mile while passing cars in passing lanes and on the shoulder. It was really the dumbest thing I've ever done in my life, but I made it to work on time. At one point I passed a Dodge megacab pulling a fifth wheel camper in a shoulder/ditch at about 80 and actually jumped out of the ditch according to my buddy who was following in his Legacy. Made it to Madras in an hour and a half.
For those of you not here in the Northwest thats 95 miles over mountain passes.

Yeah, extra stupid because that's a "Safety Corridor" which means any and all tickets are doubled. I never noticed until a buddy pointed it out. I think it starts in Sandy, and ends somewhere between Hood & Warm Springs.
Keep all those wheels on the ground!

Indeed it is a Safety Corridor. If I had been going 10mph faster or so thats jail time, and an impounded Justy. It starts up around Brightwood (the safety corridor) to discourage people from doing really dumb things like I did. I've been passed by STI's doing at least 120-140 on some of the straight sections, and street bikes going who the hell knows how fast in the summer. Its a really dangerous area.
I was fortunate I didn't kill myself or anyone else. It was a wednesday, and there wasn't much traffic other than campers and long haulers.

Hit 70 mph by accident. Got caught up in fast traffic on the way home from Augusta GA last weekend. I'm that guy that drives 5 mph under the speed limit. ;D

I have a speeding ticket from going 70 in my Justy. Yeah. A speeding ticket in my Justy.
Who would've thought?
Oh, yeah, right, the cop behind the newly placed "construction ahead reduced speed limit" sign. AND I was going with traffic.
It's never fair...

Managed 84 on a slight grade and the car wasn't really accelerating anymore at that point. But I really don't see much reason in going any faster in an oversize rollerskate lol.

at the bottom of some really big hills I've seen 95-97 mph, but to sustain 85mph for the next 5 hours took drafting the SUV in my convoy. That was in the '88

I had my vaccum secondary disconnected on my carburetor and ran across south dakota on the way home from Sturges motorcycle rally with the primary side wide open it rolled between 85 and 100 mph based on the slope and got 35 mpg. the temp was 105 and I was running straight lucas oil additive in the oil. I suppose it was like ten weight at that temperature, and speed.
