both of those tires are going to rub.
my advice. find a decent set of 13's and throw some 175/60-13's on them.
the wheels are 4x100. Hondas, VWs, Toyota, etc. use 4x100. the only thing you need to do is either machine the wheel, or machine the hub to make the wheels fit

On the hubs...grind or cut whats stopping the wheel from going all the way in...

for my snow tires, I use GM 13" rims for the Opel Corsa. I had to machine the centers only 1mm to fit my hubs. The 13" snow tires were plentiful, but no 12" tires around, so i opted for them. i would stay away from 14 or 15" rims, as the sidewall would have to be very thin, and you can not go wider than 175 anyways. I guess 165/65/13 is the way to go.

I have 185/60/13s on my Justy, mounted on 13x5.5 alloy Toyota Celica wheels. The fronts don't rub, but the rears do during higher speed cornering when I autocross.
I am trying to buy a set of used BFG r-compound tires from a guy so I can see if they'll fit under the car. They're 205s, and I expect that they'll rub a little more in the rear (and possibly at full lock), but they'll only be used for autocrossing.

I have a set of chrome 13' EPIC wheels on my 88 4WD Justy. These wheels were made by American Racing Wheels for Epic. They fit perfectly with no modifications to the hub or wheel. At present I am running P165-65-R13 Bridgestone Potenza RE92 tires on them. I have also run P175-60-R13s in the past with no major problems (slight scrubbing on rears under aggressive driving on sweeping turns) I have tried several 14' wheel and tire combinations with 4x100 bolt patterns (I got lots of friends with Hondas, Nissans, VWs, etc who let me experiment) ALL have scrubbed BIG TIME! If you want to see my wheels go to the ultimatesubaru.net website click on members photos and click on v for viehmann. (I have the White Justy) These wheels have served me well in all driving situations! Good luck on your wheel quest!
