Ok so here is the plan on my 88. I wana tweek with the engine a little, get her running decent, new carbs on it, most likely i will put 3 motorcycle carbs on it. Then Im gona paint it flat black, put some lights on it, metal bumpers on it, maybe a exterior metal role bar for looks and stick some lights on it. I think it will be a grand thing, also get some decent alloy wheels. Yes please post comments

I had almost the exact same thing in mind when I bought my '88. Man that thing looks stubborn and 4x4 badass style is off the scale especially with the front and rear bumpers off (try that on for size)
-External Cage and bush bars(Mostly for looks) -Winch -24" tires on 16" rims with huge offset (Cut out wheelwells) -Flat Black is the only way to go -Roof rack complete with spare wheel, fuel cans, shuvel, jack, the works
only prob is power and axle/tranny strength so I'm just going rally equipped.
post photos if you follow through with it. I still plan on resurecting my '88 someday.

If you want carb set ups or any performance ideas. Go to www.teamswift.net I have a swift so I go there alot. They are way ahead in performance upgrades and have a huge market open to them. One huge example I found is www.suzukird.com (Suzuki Racing Development). Not sure if it's a genuine suzuki branch or not but I do know you can drop $40,000 in a hurry. Imagine if we had that kind of market open to our justys. Rally here we come.
