4 small patches to be welded in
1 patch to re"box" frame
Mid:
1 lower patch on drivers side connection point of lower radiator support
1 Patch on front to finalize connection of Lower radiator support/Tow hook/Frame
Front Drivers side:
weld shaped piece onto mid-frame/ sway bar support connection point
^^ Drill hole and weld nut back inside
Shaped panel to fit frame towards rear of ^
2-3 strip panels for underneath reinforcement of frame
small patch on inner front of frame section
1-2 Panels to "box" frame section
2 small panels on frame/strut-tower area
1 panel on rear sub-frame
3-4 panels for wheel well/battery tray (large gaping hole.. lol)
Grind, glass, bondo (for the pretty parts) prime and paint
Pop in the goodies
*Front complete
Mid-Section
Clean off entire body seam (both sides) and straighten any bent/warped sections (jackstands..
)
small panel on drivers-side floor/body seam
medium panel (2"x4") on rear passengers side floor/body seam
^^ two angled pieces on outside for body seam/support
Grind, cover
*midsection complete
Rear:
Clean/minor patching of strut towers/wheel wells
seatbelts- double panel for strength- reuse original belt supprt (modified to prevent corrosion)
^^drill and weld all together
rear corners (inside)- Clean and glass if even needed.
Crash bar- Large panels to creat a "box" again..
Corners (outer) small patches, probably glass (unnecessary for support or even cosmetics)
Frame section/crash bar support.....
Unsure yet- panels to be cut and pieces removed until i can see exactly where everything needs to go..
Grind, cover ( glass, prime, paint if exposed)
*Rear (to be) complete
Other
Doors- front lower corners, patched, glassed, bondo'd, primed and painted...
Re-install dash, carpet, seats.
find a radio (extremely important..
)
-Engine stuff will be done outside the car (clutch, gaskets, etc.)
before it went back in...
Thats the entire list of every little thing essentially... looks huge.. but the longest parts is cleaning the undercoating crap off and making it look pretty afterward.. everything goes by pretty quick if i just bust out all the cutting/welding/patching.
Im about 1/3rd of the way there now... then ill get to enjoy her as a little DD for a while..

about 130-140 bucks counting some tools/extra's.. have plenty of metal still to finish the front and possibly the middle. Another small sheet from Cohens and ill have extra when im completely done...
