I want to know,whether the the holes are same with the carb and EFI,on the engine head. I ask are the EFI manifold is 'bolt on' on carb head?(without wirings)

No, a boxer will not fit in a Justy.

I ask are the EFI manifold is 'bolt on' on carb head?(without wirings) This question has been asked and answered many times here. The answer is no. The carb head and the EFI head are totally different. If you want to use an EFI manifold you need an EFI head.

Roger that. This is one reason I used the whole engine for my swap. The second reason being any MPFI engine will have the mounting holes for a stub axle.

They are slightly different, you will just need to use the EFI head gasket and follow the EFI tightening sequence, etc. Also reuse your cam gear because some Justy's had square tooth timing belts and others had round toothed (I'm unsure of the years).
Otherwise the heads interchange to the blocks no problem.

Good to know. Im new to justys, had a 90 for about a month and sold it. Then kicked myself. Then my wife surprised me one day buying me a 88 4wd carby for one benjamin. Cant complain but i am carb retarded and I am looking to swap to efi also. What part of the wire harness needs to be swapped? ;

On a related topic, has anyone ever done a throttle body (injection) conversion?
