Does anyone know what the difference in the exhaust manifolds is from Justy to Justy over the years? Subaru has them as 2 different parts for Carb or MPFI. Is this due to different head construction? I figured the intakes would differ, but Subaru would've figured out how to use one manifold.
Anyways, I'm potentially looking for a manifold for a 1990 MPFI Justy.
Thanks.

They are different. The carb motor one has the cat pointing straight down while the EFI one is on an angle. Carb EFI (Apologies for my head being in the shot there.) Terry

terry,
While the shape of the header and cat plate are different is there a difference between the flanges or the bolt patttern? In other words would you be able to still bolt either one on?

There is no difference in the flange, or gasket. You are safe to run either. Terry
