started my build this week end figure i post theres my manifold i used jeremydde design i like how it was tight to the block because on a first gen the front bumper is closer to the engine so there is less space to play with in all the manifold cost less than $60 to build. but my welder is not up to the task of welding metal that thick so I'm going to send it out this week

Looks pretty good, although I would have welded the tubes together before tacking the head flange on. Right now it would be difficult to weld in between the runners.

It looks good! Are you gonna grind out the head flange for the sparkplugs, or can you fit them past? On mine I am gonna grind the heat shield on the factory gasket. Otherwise the flange would have to be cut out all the way to the welds.

Nice done! I have been going on thinking about these kinds of placment for an intercooler, but I havn't got a solution yet. This looks promising, but what are you gonna do to the bumper, cut a big hole for the IC?

i cut a junk bumper to get make sure it would fit but when i cut my good bumper it looks like all i need to cut out is the horizontal bar grill on the bumper 2" up into the bumper and keep the lower lip i was trying to bet the ic as high up as possible so it wouldn't get assaulted by rocks

good placement but put like mesh or something in the opening of the bumper so it doesnt get nailed by rocks eh?

#1, but I would rather not cut at the sides outside the cells, if possible.

Looks awesome man. Great work!
I voted #1. Looks like a menacing grin.
Can't wait to hear about the results. Also looking forward to more updates.
Seems we've got a few awesome turbo builds on the go around here. Good stuff!
