Badge 2.
Are you going to be running double water pumps or disabling the OEM?

Whats the intent of the car? is it going to be purely track or daily driver. i have read mixed results on removing the balance shaft. There is defiantly a power gain but is it worth the longevity?

of corse i can post part numbers and pixs and if you want any thing i have made i can make brackets and what ever i usaly make templates but most of the stuff im useing is a mix of universal and junkyard parts. the balance shaft to me is for pure comfort so its scrap or maybe a nice lamp stand talon guys pull both there balance shafts and they seem fine same with the turbo mopar guys

Very nice! however DustyJustys says you shouldn´t remove the balance shaft.. I´m curious to know how your engine runs without it! (I've got a 1.0mpfi oval track racer.. and could use some little more power ghehe)
Good luck with your (very nice!) project!

The external oil pump you're gonna use, is it a dry sump system or basicly an oil pump that's outside the engine? How are you gonna install it, sounds nice to get rid of the oil problems once and for all (as long as the oil pump belt won't snap then)

il be useing a moroso pump but what sucks its 700 just for the pump never mind the drives and hoses. im sure it will hold up they use them in nascar so its probly heavy duty its just a gear pump in a nice houseing

So then it's a dry-sump system.

Lowryde, I love that carpet. What's the story? Is it seriously original (WOW) or was it upholstered by a local shop?

I wonder if doing this at the carwash with the soap & spray would be a good idea or a bad idea. I once used the soap & spray at a carwash to clean the bellhousing of my 1968 GT6+ but now I have a blast cabinet for doing that kind of stuff.

I have one question: your turbocharger is water cooled? I have now found a one Hundai's looking out of something like that? Does the water cycle are connected?
