Started fixing the "fuel-door". It was broken off from the hinges when I bought the car. The litle locking mechanism on the door was bent aswell. Looks like someone broke in to steal petrol :0

The reason for the maskingtape was because I had to grind of the old welds with a dremel.

The door was a litle rusty, and I also had to bend it into shape, so I decided to paint it before mounting it to the car.

Drilled the hinge to popriwit the door in place. (Not to keen on welding right next to the fuel cap, and welding would also mess up my new paint).

The front wheels on my car were pointing in different directions (toe-out), and the steering wheel weren't possitioned correctly when driving straight ahead, so I got a full 4-wheel allignment done the other day. Didn't know we had adjustable camber and toe in/out on the rear wheels on our Justy's

As I was waiting for the filler on the spoiler to dry, I spotted some rust on one of my wheel arches :/

After further inspection, it turned out to be a litle bit more rust then I expected.. So I decided to grind down to the bare metal, and stop it in its tracks.

Yeah man i believe rust converter is the best thing to use in these situations. Not sure the zinc based primer is necessary, due to the converter chemistry... but should do any harm either.
