Well, it had one shot at glory on the ice track, but sadly the Rally Justy has gone to car heaven much too soon. I wish I had a good rally story to explain it, but alas, it was t-boned by a tow truck. If you need any parts, let me know...I won't be fixing this and it's going to the wreckers soon.

OH SH!T. D@mn, Warwick, you were one of the few 'walk vs talk' rolemodels in the JUSTY community. This is a somber day for hatchback representation. The interior preparation alone... sheeesh! Our 3 banging hearts are with you . I was just having a rollcage installation talk with my friends/wife when they brought up the lack of airbags and size of road traffic these days... Thanks again for inspiring this board and beyond, we're glad your OK.

OH NO!
is any part of the cage salvagable? I'd be willing to purcahse it if you were interested in cutting it out

I won't be selling the cage...it took a direct impact and I'm not sure it would be safe anymore. Plus, you'd have to replace the entire main hoop. Tubing is HEAVY too....cost a lot to ship. Thanks for the kind words 89....I'm bummed. When I first got the car it was kind of a "toy" car that I was going to play around with, but it ended up being a really nice, fun car (and cheap to run!). Oh well...cars can be replaced...I'm glad I'm still here! W

Terry: Harold's Auto Recycling in Squamish now has the car and I'm sure they'd sell you the tranny. (604) 898-5811
There's a pretty new clutch in that car too!

It is too bad you give it up so soon. I have my parts car that is not too rusty but needs everything you have left. It was a 1991 2 door and even red. The body is all that is usable and would need all the running gear.
You still coming up on the 17th as I have to work that day but will be off the 16th.

I think we are cancelling the ice cross unfortunately - the ice is getting a little bit sketchy and we don't want to wreck the track for the ice racers next weekend.
