hello,my name is Paul,im from Poland ive just bought 98 justy. i was looking on the whole justy`s www pages but i didnt found the answer how to disable 4x4 to summer when its unused,have you maybe some photos what i need to switch off? pls help.

Not sure about the setup, but I believe it is an awd system as opposed to 4wd, so disabling it is probably not easy if possible at all.

hello, i was found this,its not so hard to do, on the gearbox is screw and...(i dont now how to say i english but it works) now i have 2 wd if someone wants i can send pictures how to disable 4 wheels drive

I'm sorry, but why would you disable the benefits of all-wheel drive? And summer is THE time to take the damn thing out and REALLY drive her...anyone else agree? I mean, is gas the issue? Where would some one live to where you DON'T want all wheel drive? I am not trying to sound pissed hehe but it's just weird to me....

Word: I have the same car. 96 Justy(swift) with Subaru awd. If you wanted to save some cash on fuel which wouldn't really be that much to bother. Then buy a 1 litre Swift. Same car less power 2wd 50mpg comb.
AWD is really all the little tin box has going for it. With out it... its...A swift boo!
