I have worn out bushings on front strut rods (I'm not sure about name of that part...) I find this really cheap fix or mod: Yes it is just a standard washer... I prefer put one to back side (because front tires are pushed to front while driving) and if it is needed or you like to have more stiffness put another one under front plate...

mato! we're brothers of a different mother... meme chose ici! has worked great for years. mine has 3 big washers stacked so its hard to thread the nut on edit: for me, this made a big difference in braking stability...

Nice, that was one of the first things I did to my car. After I realized the rubber was so far gone that my tires rubbed on the wheel wells under braking.

Well I finally drive with this mode on rainy day and it feels much better on wet than before... I don't think it is going to make some feelable difference

I started another thread for this but anybody ever look at discountedsubaruparts.com? I am also in need of these bushings and found them on the site. Haven't purchased from them yet though so I was wondering if anyone else had experience.
