Thanks for support! Another good small project could be a USB charger (for phones) in printed "switch holder" (I pull a 2X USB connector from some old electronic board). I think there is free A/C button connector (if A/C is not installed) near radio. Which I can use to source, I hope, +12V at ACC key position (but it could be just in IGN position too). Or just connect it to radio +12V ACC and ground... And of course lower the voltage to +5V... I'm going to do the voltage converter myself but I think a buyed USB adaptor for cigarette lighter can be used too. Anyway I think this mod will became very popular.

Here's some reading info about stepdown converters btw: www.google.com/search?hl=nl&q=12v+step+down+to+5v

Well it can be way easyer than I think: I hope that regulator is not very expensive...

That 5V regulator costs me just some 0,65€... I haven't tested how good it regulates... The printed rear sway bar bushings survive more than 500km right now (and sill looks good) so at least I can say it is better than nothing!

A little update. I'm getting back to work on the usb charger. Bushings seems to be still good. And the most interesting information: I have access to a 3Dprinter that can print nylon and fiberglass, kevlar and carbon fiber! It is more expensive than normal "home" 3D printers and printing. But the objects printed with carbon fibre are even stronger than aluminium!!! And the nylon is more chemically stable than ABS and it should survive a little bit more heat.
