Do these fit? I don't mind making mounts up but wondering if the EF13 will mate to the ordinal EF12 gearbox?

Will not fit directly. i've lifted in the 1,2L with gearbox on and there is verry little clearance on both sides of the enginebay, so i dont think a 4banger would fit without making more space down there. but I have never tried. but everything is possible if you really want to EDIT: The vr6 engine from VW would be badass into the justy, twice as many cylinders and a awwwessuuum sound! I really love the 6cylinder sound. but that would need lots of fabrication to work. but would be awesome if somebody tried to get it work

pretty sure the later justys were manufactured by someone else.
vr5 might have a better fit, or the 4 cylinder from a lancia fulvia. i've been thinking about a mazda 13b or 12a. if my current motor betrays me.

The rotary thing has been attempted before. there isn't enough room for a rear drive only install as the steering rack is too close and the shifter ends up being right where there is a thicker unibody cross member built into the floor pan.

was thinking 12a carbureted with the origional transmission. have the spare plates for one, and all the tools to make it fit.
