I have a 1988 Justy that starts fine when it is cold but sometimes won't start after it has been driven and parked for about 10 min but then if I wait for 30 more minutes it will start right up again and will run really strong like there is no problem. The other thing is that the electrode on the #3 spark plug keeps melting, at first I thought that maybe a vacuum line fell off of the intake but I can only find 2 lines going into the intake and they look fine, I thought maybe there should be 3 but I can only find 2 lines, should there be 3?

Spark plug electrode melting is very bad. the first time, ok poor maint, the second time something is going on.
This is caused by engine ping or that one cylinder running very lean. This cylinder is running very hot for some reason. This can be from a burnt/carbonized valve, carbon in the cylinder. This can cause a burnt valve, melted spark plug, melted piston.
Can be a clogged carb causing the engine to lean out.

Or a bad head gasket. I would do a compression test, and adjust the valves. If you have the technology, do a leak down test as well.
