So I just bought a justy this evening! I love it. It is quite fun to drive. But something I find odd is that I cannot turn on my headlights unless the key is in the on position. The previous owner did a engine and drive train swap from evct to manual. I am sure this has something to do with it. But I am wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

Just a side question; wouldn't this be a good thing? Since the headlights won't be a risk factor of drawing power despite the car not running.

Thanks The headlights are suppose to turn off with the key, just like every other modern Subaru. Their is a rocker switch on the steering column that turns on the parking lights without having the key on.
