The main power feed for the head light relays should not be from after the coil ballast resistor. That can seriously screw with your headlights and the way it runs too.
In the picture the high beam common wire (the one from the relay) drifts off into nowhere, does that simply stop or is it unknown?
I would be tempted to unplug both of your headlights and just check the supplied voltage for high beam and low beam to battery ground. Next check the resistance between the headlight ground and the battery ground.
If you find your headlight voltages are low then check the supply wire to the relays, if this is also low then keep tracing back until you find the choke (probably the resistor in this case). If you get battery voltage at the headlights then it's more then likely a ground issue.

Hi everyone, a lot of time pass since the last post, so here a im with news. the clon subaru 1992 fwd, i named clone because is the second car and its exactly like the firts one, the clone was having problems with the overheat so i go to the water pump and discover that the bolt of the center of the pump was cut in half one part athacth to the rotor and one parts to the pump, in the figure it explain bether, so the only problem i have is the next one, now i need to put all in place but i need gasket for the water pump, oil pump, camshaft front cover (i think that the name in the picture i show what i need), and carter so i need a picture if anyone have it, to make a good gasket. now the pictures. firts when i tried to remove the wheel aligner or tensor one of the nut lost his welding so i have to make a hole through the one i can enter a wrench To see better and remove the other half of the bolt i remove the mountings of the engine because i dont have hidraulic jack, neitthe crane so i do it with the jack of the car anyone knows how can i fabric this And i need the gasket for this parts this is what i ment when i said wheel aligner o tensor it goes rigth here
