I want to get more gas milage out of the just along with some power, would a port job help, or what would be the best option for better gas milage and power....

It sort of depends on if your Justy is EFI or carb, in my opinion. Typically for fuel mileage you want to keep your engine in a vacuum, porting the head will not help in that sense. The idea is if your engine can operate more efficiently at lower rpm then your mileage will increase, this means restricting the intake and exhaust and achieving a balance. However.. If you port the head on a EFI Justy you will not get better mileage. The Justy does not use an adaptive PCM, and it will be confused that your RPM and manifold vacuum are not in sync with it's data tables, which could result in a poor mixture. If you port your head on a carbureted Justy you may increase the efficiency of the air flow, but be warned you could also increase the volume at higher RPM (and when your secondary's open) which will kill your mileage.
In my opinion the best thing you could do to improve the Justy's mileage is mount a single barrel carb and tune it until your mixture is near perfect at your desired cruise speed, but you may also compromise other driving conditions. The other option is if it is an EFI car you could build an aftermarket setup and tune it from there, but I doubt the cost would ever level out.

Yeah, I have the fuel injected engine, sound like I caN'T DO much for gas milage, I hate how the justy revs so high when I'm cruising on the freeway, I wish it hat a sixth gear for better gas milage...

I'm not sure what the legality of this is but a simple solution to lowering the revs for a certain speed is to change the overall size of your wheel/tyre. Increasing this size reduces the number if revs the wheel needs to do to cover a distance, reducing the necessary revs of your engine. It will throw out your speedo but I just reference my phone GPS speed to find out where the speed limit actually is for a given speed on the speedo.
