The blower vents just snap in there, but I don't think you can get those out without removing the whole dash.
The control panel is much easier. Just pull the knobs off then the panel slides out.

The blower bolts have a hex head on them. I had to use a small closed end wrench for the lowest bolt but the other two came out effortlessly. You may have to loosen the lower two blots holding on blower box to get enough room to pull the motor+squirrel cage. If I have to pull my blower motor again I might try to detatch the squirrel cage fan from the motor, then the motor would just drop out without struggling with the blower box. Not sure if I could get enough leverage to remove the nut holding the squirrel fan on. -good luck -RRJ

I am thinking maybe a little heat gun next?

I will describe the best I can. If by "Heater Control Panel" you mean the part that displays your heat settings and has the knobs going through it, then this is how to remove it. Pull off all 4 knobs, they just yank off. Carefully pry the surrounding plastic "panel" (where the knobs were poking through) and it should pop out, leaving you with 2 screws in behind on either side. These two screws, along with 2 more underneath the ashtray mount are what hold on the stereo/clock bezel. The heater vents pry out from the dashboard insert. I am unsure of how the insert is removed from the dashboard, but I suspect it is retained from behind. -Terry

the panel that shows temp, fan speed and such is NOT held in from behind.
you remove the knobs that are on the heater control switches (fan speed, temp inside air vs outside air and then deftost, face, feet etc knob) and then take something small and hooked, and get behind the graphic display and gently work it out. i think even behind that theres a screw or two that holds the frame in place.
