I have got a 92 Justy 1.2 injection, but the car is weak as hell. The car can't accelerate while driving on a steep road. How much torque is the car supposed to have?
The car is pretty quick in the upper end of the rev range, but below 3000rpm its got no power.
What could cause this?

The Justy has a fair amount of torque for such a small engine, unlike a Honda. You might want to check the cam timing as this can cause a loss of power on the bottom end or upper end depending on which way the timing is off. Just a thought... I would check the compression on the engine.
My 91 FI Justy had a cracked head which lowered the compression to 65 PSI on the # 2 cylinder (compared to 135+ on # 1 & 3). It felt fine at higher RPMs but totally lacked power in the bottom end and was also terrible when it came to steep inclines.
After repair it regained all of its power at lower RPM's, plus it is also a lot more economical.
