hello! new on the forum and new as Subaru justy ovner and now i really need help when i measure the white yellow cable at the ignition coil i always have +7volt doesn't matter if i crank it´s still +7 volt so now i was wondering if somebody know if i can take the to cables at the distributor and connect one to ground and one to the coil?

We need to know if your car is carbureted or EFI.

We need to know if your car is carbureted or EFI. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure all '89 and older Justy's were carburated.

sorry for the late answer its a carbureted engine. but i fixed it but i didn't do it right it works if you connect the black wire to ground and connect the white one to the white yellow one directly to the ignition coil most likely is my efc module broken and i don't got the time to fix me a new one. does anybody know whats control the ignition timing and how wrong is it to do it my way?
