The Justy uses two sensors in the distributor. One of them generates the pulses to fire the ignition system, the other is used as a reference signal to fire the injectors at the correct time/crankshaft position.

thanks so my my code 11 is in the distributor CKP, before i changed the engine it was reading an 13 CMP. and the distributor is new so what could be wrong the car has no spark at the coil. thanks for the help!

There could be a problem in the wire harness between the distributor and ECU, bad connector. The ECU could also be at fault. I once had a code 14 (inoperative #1 fuel injector), but after testing all the wires and connections it ended up being a bad driver circuit in the ECU. I swapped it out with another used unit and all is well! You may also want to take off the distributor cap and make sure it turns when the engine is being cranked over.

thanks it was the connector i just bypassed tha white and green wires and it works great. runs like a champ! it took a mech, 1 week +$200 labor to tell me he didnt know. and you guys 1 day and 4 responses this forum rocks. thanks a bunch for the time and the help!
