I just put the (balanceshaft-less) engine back in the justy but I can't get it to start! Lack of fuel seems to be the problem. There is no fuel flowing in either fuel line attached to the fuel rail, so I figure the fuel pump is to blame. I remove the rear seats to expose the pump, but it makes no noise when the key is turned to "on" nor when the engine is cranked (Am I supposed to be able to hear any noise?). I unplug the pump and test the wires for voltage using a multimeter. There are 4 wires: black/yellow, green/white, and two black wires. I do not read any voltage across any combination of wires at any time (I tried with the ignition off, with the ignition on and while cranking the engine). I checked the fuses in the dash (the ones to the lower left of the steering wheel) but none are blown. Are there any other fuses or relays or connections that I should check? If so, what and where are they? Also, if you have any other suggestions please post them ASAP. I want to race this car on sunday. Thanks!

ok, I got the pump to work... there was a bad ground on the injector harness. There are however, other issues keeping the car from starting... I suspect the timing belt is to blame.
