Hello, I am getting ready to replace the bushes on my Justy gen2. I will be using Polyurethane Car Suspension Bushes from www.superflex.co.uk/So far I have replaced the front anti roll bar bushes with a poly bush (Part number SPF 1450/22) The rear anti roll bar bush (Fig three / part number SPF 1450/12) is on order The smaller anti roll bar bush (HOLD on this!!) is also on order. I would like to avoid taking the car apart until I know the sizes needed for parts one and four. Can anyone help me? I need to know the measurements in details like the below picture. Cheers!

I'll take a look at my spareparts, hopefully I've some bushes left! Thanks for the info about the bushes edit: all the rear bushes I've got are worn out so I could do any measuring.

Thanks Doug for looking. Problem! The FRONT wishbone lower bushes are 55mm long with a 10mm bolt (M10 80mm long note sure what pitch I decided to buy this instead... cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220533938677&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT ) used and the outside of bush is 30mm but of course I can't get that size so today my super hard bushes turned up which are (Top hats x 2) 22m long 28mm outside with 14mm bolt hole So my friend will knock out a 55mm long / 20mm outside / 10mm center tube so I can fit it without using massive 14mm bolts! (edit outside size of tube) ALSO issue 2 x 22mm long top hats do not make 55mm so I will get a nylon tube 28mm outside and drill a 20mm inside (My friend new center tube is 20mm remember) Make sense? I need to post pics!!

Just to add.
The bolts which hold the calipers and mud shields on are held by
2 X M10 with a pitch of 1.25 with a total length of 35mm (30mm is needed if you are not re-fitting the mud shields) Note I replaced the rusty standard bolts with A2 stainless steel cap bolts/washer/spring washer.

I decided to draw the front bush design inc the nylon spacer. I was looking at the rear today and the bolt which holds the lower (INNER) is around 100mm long M10 but it's really rusted in! That will be fun to remove.

Just to add.... Do not follow this until I'm 100% sure everything fits! The only part I will say fit today is the front anti rol bar which is 22mm. See above.
Providing everything is OK I might offer the parts to you guy in the states at cost + postage. I'm not looking to make money out of this. thanks.

Well... The front tubes are machined up (20mm OD 10mm ID) I am now waiting for the center spacer to take up the stack before fitting. I decided to buy a rod (tube??) of poly. It's 80 shore A so stiff enough @ 30mm OD / 16mm ID. My firend is going to machine the 16mm alloy rods with 10mm bores. Waiting on the poly to come from the states. 8 days so far. cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370258988431&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
