Yes, turbo rotary all the way. Get an adaptor plate to mate it to a Chevy TH400 automatic or else a Viper T-56 six speed with a Ford 9" rear end. You can replace the backseat with three bottles of nitrous and with 850HP destroy all of those sissy Skylines. Please take pictures as soon as you get it off of the trailer. You'll need to start a new thread in the 'Projects/Builds' section.

I like you Jay. You seem like you might have a good sense of humor.

Do I sense a bit of sarcasm Of course, you jump right into what other engine can I run in a justy. For a lil 3-banger it can put out quite a bit of power, give it a go -you might just like the little engine that could. Check out DustysJustys www.dustysjustys.com/performance.htmWhen you figure the car to be about 2000lbs, a mild boost to the stock engine can almost double it's output. -that is decent. **Jay** can you put your location in your profile. Oh! and welcome to these boards -RRJ

Theres a FEW guys who've swapped in STi motors. Anything can be done if you can keep throwing money at it.
I think if you get it in good shape you'll enjoy the car as just a daily driver. I absolutely LOVE my Justy. It is slow, smooth, gets great MPG, and it doesn't attract police attention. To me, its just like having another volkswagen. Its a whole different kind of driving. You just enjoy the hell out of it, and laugh as people zoom by you all upset over nothing.

. . . all upset over nothing. . . You pretty much summed up my Justy experience. Onroad or online? Jay: Ecotec or SRT-4 swap eh? Sounds exciting. I like this idea more than the turbo rotary. I have a friend that was real into older mazdas and it seems like we put a fresh motor in his drag car every damn season.
