I am going to be doing this on my '88 4x4 soon. I got all the parts from an '89. A Gen II is the easiest source for a rear anti-sway bar set-up, but it wouldn't be that hard to make your own, assuming you have access to a welder.
I have been so busy lately that I haven't made any progress on my Justy other than to get the steel for the custom bumper mounts. I am going to incorporate the sway bar mounts into the bumper mounts, so now that I have all the parts I need, I just have to put them together. That said, I can't make any promises as to when that will happen. So at some point (hopefully soon) I will be going through this with pics and write up.
As for buying a new rear sway bar, I have no ideas, though it sounds like it might be relatively expensive.

Pictured is the full set-up that you would need to pull from [the] donor car. At the top of the pic are the mounting brackets. There is no place on the Gen 1 for these to just bolt on, so their installation is really the trickiest part of doing this mod. Below them is the anti-sway bar itself. Notice that it is asymetrical. I can't remember which side goes where, so if a Gen II owner wouldn't mind looking at their set-up and posting which side of the car the tightest bend in the rear sway bar goes on, I would greatly appreciate it. Below the bar are the two pivot bolts. And at the bottom are the lower rear suspension arms. They are the same as the Gen 1 lower arms except for the pivot bolt mounting eyelets on the backside of the arms. All of this is pretty self evident once you find a donor car, but it is always nice to know [the] parts run-down that you need before you get to the junkyard. I am going to do some slight modifications, but it will mostly be stock. Hope this helps.
