The manual tranny in my 94 2WD Justy just went out. It feels like there's no gears at all, the gear shifter can be moved in any and all directions without restrictions. I can still get it in reverse (very hard), 1st, 2nd and 4th and that's it.
I've found a 2WD tranny from an 89 Justy and I was just curious if it's a plug and play swap.
Thanks!

This should work no problem as long as you leep the axles that are already on your car.

Could be your trans... hopefully not! I recommend a 6 minute crawl under the car and take a look at the linkage connections before picking up the transmission. We never finished these threads/discussions (for example there is NO 'hook'), but they should give you an idea: subarujusty.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=trouble&thread=2153&page=1 There are a couple more links within that thread... Good Luck and Skill,
