Very informational pics.
"grind the land on the top of the strut" Could you specify on that?
Also, how would you describe the ride compared to your original set-up? Have you tried different heights?
Thanks in advance,

coil over 2.0 this set ups much stronger and has alot more options on springs because now it uses honda springs this is a honda shock mount off a 90 civic then i cut the top cup off and sanded it smooth to make the new berring seat then i welded a 1/2" washer onto the back to center the spring on the shaft after blasting and painting with a new 1/2" thrust washer the diffrence the new one is 1/2" lower and alot stronger the new springs the old ones were way too stiff so i got some off a honda civic and cut them they have a nice feel to them and if there to soft i can upgrade to the heavyer integra springs all installed and for the rear 2 more honda shock mounts with the tops cut off and welded together to center the spring on the justy spring mounts. honda springs are to narow they dont slide all the way down over the centering hump all installed with a bolt through the center of the cups to hold it all down. with this i get 70mm fender gap in the rear and 60mm in the front

here is my fix for the springs falling out of my lowerd justy. i built a pair of limiting straps to control the droop in the Suspension. i used seat belts from the wreaker so far they are working well the springs dont fall out when i put it on the hoist.
