Hello everyone, some time back I noticed that the brake pedal did not feel right. It, sometimes, went down in a step wise fashion, going in half way and if the pressure on the pedal was not released (as the wheels did not stop) the pedal would go down further. Anyways, I took it to a mechanic and he said that most probably the master cylinder was shot, but I could not get a master cylinder here in Pakistan, so I left it as is. The disc pads were down to about 1mm, so last week I changed the rear shoes, bearings, rear wheel cylinder seals, front wheel pads and cleaned and lubricated the caliper pins. All except rebuilding the cylinder and resurfacing the discs and drums. Unfortunately the problem is more severe now I procured new seals for the master cylinder, there are four of them, anyone know which ones goes where? anyone got a diagram of the master cylinder or any hints or comments about what the problem could be. Thanks
