Hi! A friend had bought himself some new rims and he got the crazy idea to try his old ones on my Trendy (Justy). They are 195/50 R15 8" wide rims At the front the only problem is that the wheels gets about 1/2" outide the fenders(?), and in the back I added 3mm spacers to get som clearence. I could widen the fenders to make the wheels fit, but the problem I got now is that the car feels a little unstabel, like it suddenly wanna stear away. Anyway, do you think they are just to big, maybe causing it to get unstable etc. Pics:

No, a boxer will not fit in a Justy.

Holy sh!t, that is bad-F'in-a$$ I would kill and/or gladly donate to your PayPal account to know what is the offset spec on those wheels. I could even explain in detail with photos in private message how to measure. So my opinion is: - those wheels & tires look great!
- they are probably just too heavy and big for a stock Justy
- if you are having 'dartiness' then it is because the wider tires are 'hooking' every groove in the road. This can be remedied somewhat by having an alignment shop dial more toe-in
Proof that 195 section tires can be fitted to a Justy. It just took some ingenuity (3mm spacers) and a willingness to do it instead of just talking about it. Bravo man!! ;D

Hehe thanks However it's nog too good...yet Right now you can hear the wheel rub against the housing if I make a strong left turn, but turning right is no problem at all (even without those spacers. I have already gone wild with a hammer where it's rubbing, but it didn't help to much. It seems you get some "dartiness" when I brake, and the front brakes are not too good, so I'm gonna buy some new stuff and see if it maybe gets a little better. Then maybe align the front too I recently read about how to meassure the offset, so I'm gonna do it the next time I take of the wheel
