OK so i was looking at my justy from the rear end one day, and I thought ha tho's wheels are really far in the wells. The next day I was looking at the front end of my car and I realized that the front wheels looked like they sat normal under the car. Am I missing some sort of wheel spacer for the back end of my car. I have disk Brakes on the front end and drums on the back. I had the front wheels off a while ago and the rotor seemed to be mounted funny, this is why the front tires stick out more than the back. Is this normal.

It's normal, the wheels are slightly 'inboard'.

Lots of older cars are like that. If you put some wider wheels on it the effect disappears, but they'll probably rub the arches.
