I have a piece of ____p Chilton's manual that covers most of the Subarus ever built. Does anyone know of any good Justy specific books. I can't find a Haynes, they've always seemed best to me. What about those "manual on disk" you sometimes see on ebay? Has anyone tried those. My car is a '92 EFI 4wd stick.

I am having the same problem. Just hope you or someone else on the forum can help. I am based in the UK and no joy here.

You can try to source a factory service manual from a Subaru workshop, but they are mostly very picky about giving them up. I came accross a bankrupt service shop who was parting out all its inventory, but someone had already walked away with the Justy book. I bought the Leone and XT manuals instead, and now a friend of mine has every detail he needs for his Leone. The numbers in the Chilton manual are mostly accurate, i.e. torque specs, valve gaps ets, but the processes are not very well documented. You have to learn by trial and it takes twice the time it would take to change aq part. People say you can keep an eye for the factory manuals on ebay, but I have yet to find any for more than one year.
