This might be opening up a can of worms with those who don't like to bench race...I'am not doing this to start conversation about what could or should be. Only what is!..So here is the question to anyone who dares to post what kind of E.T. they got on a stock (thats STOCK)justy. With your post please include what tranny, carb or fuel inj. and if it was in FWD or AWD even if you have an AWD?.Also would be nice to know the elevation relative to sea level and the temperature at the time.I probably won't get much response so if you do have answers but are hesitant because maybe you put on an aftermarket air cleaner or punched out the cat, or resized the muffler, whatever. please post and say what mods were done. I just want to establish a base line. Thanks guys and girls.

Took my new (to me) 88 1st gen 4wd STD carbed Justy to our local drag strip. We are usually atleast .5 of a second slower in our E.T.'s here at our elevation above sea level. My justy is stone stock except for a resized exhaust from the middle of the car back to the muffler.I had a little bit of wheel spin at the start but not too much considering how narrow these little 12 in. tires are!.The wheel spin was a little less of a problem in 4wd but the e.t. was not much better.Anyway I made 6 passes and was very concistant and was practicing my reaction time on the tree. I managed to cut a most excellant.088 light!!!. Not bad for an old fart like me when you consider that these are the first pass's on a drag strip for me in 25 years!.The only thing was that I found it very difficult to shift into second quick enough when still concentrating on cutting a good light. Iam sure that if shifted at say around 4200 rpm instead of 5500 t0 5800 rpm like I did would cut enough e.t. to get the time down into the much better sounding 19 second range!. My average e.t. was.............20.220 e.t. in the quater mile. So there I rebooted this old post..... any body have any E.T.'s to post?
