I have a '91 Justy that won't crank but all other electronic components work. My original thought was it was the battery, and it was not, I tested it and tried jumping it aswell. Next thought was it was the starter, after replacing it I found that the starter was not the solution. After hours of google search and reading the Subaru Chilton I thought it was the ignition switch... sadly still a no go. I'm sitting here thinking it could be the starter relay but I can't seem to find any information on the topic. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Start with the basics instead of randomly trying things.
1. Is there spark
2. Is there fuel
If it's not turning at all, connect jumper cables to the starter directly with ignition contact on. It should start.
