I want to order myself some custom lowering springs, but i have had no luck finding the specs for the springs. Has anyone measured the springs or happen to know the specs?

There is a bit of variance in the debate... But the general consensus is around 120 lbs for the front, and do to the big relative distance from the hub (long moment arm), 150 lbs in the rear. I don't have stock lengths though...! But some info here and elsewhere. subarujusty.proboards.com/thread/235

As its my daily i kinda need to be able to knock it out in a weekend. And I have access to a workshop with lifts and most tools needed for automotive tinkering.

It's about the same as any strut set-up. Pull the struts, spring compressor, done. if you know the procedure it's under 20 min a corner. The rears are pull the strut, jack the car, pry the swing arm down and remove spring. Just beware that loaded springs are deadly and you need to follow standard safety protocol. Use real spring compressors etc... Look it up.
