seems like i have plenty of work to do... so far, seems like the fuel tank has broken apart, it leaks somewhere... anyway, I have to pull it away... can somebody point me out how it's being done? on what places I have to unlock it and pull away? and after pulling it out, where do I find a good one for replacement? the Justy itself is great, but seems the tank has been hit somewhere or maybe rust took it out... i'm worried how to fix it now, any ideas would be perfect..
thanks

Oh man, that is bad news, The tank can be removed from the bottom after removing the driveshaft and the rear emergency brake support for the rod that pulls the brakes. Then there is around 8 bolts around the edge of the tank. Problem is that they tend to rust in place and you will snap some off. Once the tank is out though you can get the bolt shaft out with visepliers. Anyway, you will also need to remove the back lower seat and pull the wires and hoses off the top of the tank. Then pry the edge of the tank on the front corners to bend them. Subaru puts the tanks in before installing the suspension support rods which have a mounting plate that is now in the way.
